Biography
I'm Hanwei He, a master student at ShanghaiTech University's System & Security Center. My research focuses on biometric security and bystander privacy protection in digital environments.
Currently working on novel approaches to protect biometric data integrity and developing automated solutions for bystander consent in the video sharing era. I'm always open to research collaborations and academic discussions — feel free to reach out via email.

Bystander Privacy in Video Sharing Era: Automated Consent Compliance through Platform Censorship

This paper introduces SelfFlag, a novel approach leveraging platform censorship capabilities to enforce bystander privacy in shared videos. Our solution enables bystanders to automatically trigger content flagging systems, protecting their privacy without requiring extensive platform modifications.
